I called this company 3 times to confirm that the total cost was going to be $895 which was quoted me via email and over the phone. And what happend? The driver calls me to let me know he's almost here and suddenly the price has changed. I was very Leary about using this company since it was a little cheaper and I should have listened to the other reviews because they were right, you will not pay what they quote you by the email that they send you. It's a pretty wise scam, I'll admit.
But I will admit that I didn't read between the fine lines and I should have. The price they give you is an estimate so don't be fooled because that's not going to be the total cost despite what they tell you over the phone. I was promised by Carol that that would be the total but later they negotiated the price with a driver without my consent and tacked on an extra $50. Now that's still not a bad price overall for the service but I would rather pay for a company who's going to be honest and let me know that it's going to cost more rather than just assume that it's ok.
I called and spoke to Tom and Tom told me that they tried to contact me to let me know that it was going to be $50 more but they absolutely did not contact me. I'm pretty sure they could have left me a message but didn't. Then later in the conversation He tried to say that they never called me and that it's the responsibility of the truck driver to call and say the price was raised. So which one is it? It sucks to be caught up in a lie so I guess that's why he was so rude to me. Anyway, they are a cheaper company but just keep in mind that you're going to be paying more than what they quote you. And they really could use a few lessons on customer service, man they are rude!

Hi Benjamin we tried to make you happy. Your vehicle was in an OUT OF THE WAY LOCATION. The notes on your account said you needed delivery by 9/18 or you would have to rent a car. We dispatch 24/7 and after hours a carrier who happened to be nearby offered to move your car for $50 more than our estimate. Based on that our dispatcher assigned the carrier. The carrier was instructed to, and did, call you BEFORE PICK UP and made you the offer WHICH YOU AGREED TO. You were not forced. It was an option to HELP YOU. You could have told him no and waited for another carrier. Nearly all other brokers only dispatch during business hours. With most other brokers you would never have even had this option. Most people would have THANKED US for finding a solution for them. But you chose to write a negative review. We have written on this site before if you are going to or from an out of the way location it is UNREALISTIC to think a car carrier goes there every day.
