Art was rude and very disrespectful, and he lied over & over again. To follow up with his lies, Dennis, the guy in charge of the actual transport lied as well!

Dealing with this company was an absolute nightmare! They picked up my vehicle late, which made the delivery late. My contract had my balance at one price but when the driver delivering my truck arrived by balance was totally different! When I called Art about the late pickup of my truck he lied and stated the driver was late because of "bad weather". However, I later found out he hadn't even hired a driver to complete the transport until 2 days later. I wanted to cancel the transport, then Dennis (Paper Impex USA) called and begged me not to. He promised they would get my truck to me as soon as humanly possible. Well, when they arrived, there was a discrepancy with the balance owed. The driver showed me his "contract" showing one balance, but refused to look at my contract and also refused to leave my truck unless I paid the balance on his "contract". He was also rude! Dennis then calls me again, and pretends to call Art (Auto Cargo Export, LLC) and then says "Call Art and he will straighten it all out". Surprise, surprise when I call Art he doesn't answer the phone. He has only answered my call when I called from a number he didn't recognize. He promised a refund would be issued, almost a month later...still no refund and art will not return my calls. At this point it is all about principle! Horrible customer service is one thing, but lying and cheating people out of their money is totally different! I move all over the country because of my job and I can say with everything in me, I will NEVER use either of these company's again and I will make sure anyone I know won't get swindled by them either. I have given them both ample opportunity to make this right and all I get is their voicemail. PLEASE DO NOT USE AUTO CARGO EXPORT, LLC nor PAPER IMPEX USA, INC....CROOKS & LIARS!!!!

Shipment different than expected, car was full of junk, furniture, personal belongs and adding extra weight, is clear in our terms car have to be empty, we completely disagree wit this rating.
