The transport of my vehicle ended up being very challenging as we were not able to find a driver willing to come to my new location. Thus, the pick up was later than expected. That said, I was happy that I went with Joe and Assurance Auto Transport as after I got over the initial frustration I had confidence that he was doing everything he could to try to find a driver. I believe the true test of customer service comes into play when things do not go as expected and on that front Joe was second to none. He returned my calls and did everything he could to try to solve the problem. Ultimately, we jointly agreed to a plan b which was to transport my vehicle to Minneapolis near the MSP Airport rather than Wisconsin. That ended up working out well as I could get to the airport with a shuttle service and the company Joe found was headquartered there so they could the vehicle for a day or two if needed so I was not trying to meet in a narrow window. Once we had this plan in went exactly as planned i.e. my vehicle was picked up on the day/time I was told and arrived 7 days later as expected. Furthermore, the company Joe found for me responded to calls asking for status promptly, delivered my vehicle on time and without any damage and treated me well throughout the process. If I need to transport my car again I will absolutely call Joe and Assurance Auto Transport as he is a man of integrity and does what he says he will do to the best of his ability even when there are challenges.
