Joe Gallo was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful even before we decide to select his company Assurance Auto Transport to transport the vehicle. He explained how the auto transport industry worked, answered a multitude of questions and informed me of a website to check the reputation of transporters who responded to the request to transport a car to our son who was playing summer collegiate baseball in Ft. Lauderdale. This proved invaluable as one of the companies under consideration had terrible reviews and a host of unsatisfied customers. The price Assurance quoted was fair and he found a carrier later the same day who picked up the vehicle the following evening from our driveway in Ft. Worth. Only upon location of a carrier were we charged a $150 fee for services rendered. The balance of $345 was due and paid upon delivery of the vehicle.

In summary, we call Assurance on Tuesday, did our due diligence research, placed the order on Wednesday, they found a carrier Wednesday afternoon who pick up vehicle Thursday eve in TX and delivered it Monday morning to FL.
