Shipping a car is a daunting task simply due to the structure of the industry, in which brokers post jobs to independent drivers. You can never really know what you're getting as far as the driver is concerned, but Angels Moving Autos helped raise my comfort level with the broker side.

Customer service was fast, responsive, and they work with a great deal of common sense and transparency. I didn't get the feeling I was being ripped off or baited and switched. And unlike other brokers who started calling my house daily to ask if I'd selected a carrier yet, AMA did not hound me.

I shipped two vehicles from PA to AZ, and had relatively short windows of availability. I started my analysis in May, for a July shipment. I collected TEN quotes from ten companies. Some have a 10-day pickup window; AMA had 3. I also checked other sites: some companies had great reviews on transportreviews but terrible reviews on epinions. AMA was consistently good on every website I found, and had the third-lowest price quote of any.

The driver was decent - he wouldn't come to the house despite wide open streets, so I had to drive to a superstore to meet him, but that wasn't a big deal. for pickup, he arrived a couple days earlier than promised, but because we weren't yet in AZ, we couldn't retrieve the cars. He agreed to store them at no additional charge until the scheduled pickup date. Coordinating our final pickup place and time was a bit of a hassle again (he wouldn't drive to our house right off the freeway; we had to drive 30 minutes to meet him closer to his house). But in the end, our cars were in great shape - no damage or theft.

I would use Angels Moving Autos again in the future, based on their responsive communication prior to the move, and on their competitive price.
