Everything on the pick-up side was wonderful. The people who helped me on the phone were terrific.
The delivery in New York did not go well. The were supposed to delivery in the evening to my apartment. However the called me in the middle of the day on the first day of my new job and made me leave for 2 hours to drive them back to the carrier truck or they said they would not be able to deliver for another week.
The car had huge scrape marks all over it from the straps and the front bumper was dented underneath about the size of a basketball.
Obviously the people in New York did not seem to care about customer service as much as the people on the Texas side.
