I recently had a 2000 Subuaru Forester shipped from Montana to Rhode Island. This was the third time we have used Angels Moving Autos and I will use them again. My daughter goes to school in Montana and we ship the car back and forth. The first time, 2 years ago, was wonderful, the guy who picked up the car was just great, and the delivery was perfect. Last fall we had the car shipped to Salt Lake City instead, where my daughter was going to fly out for vacation, then drive it to Montana. That time the car arrived early, before she got out there, which was a bit of a fiasco, so I was not too happy about that. But the car was in good shape. This time, the pick-up in Montana was a mess. My daughter was in the middle of law school exams and the driver insisted on having her meet him at a rest area 5 exits up the highway, so he would not have to get off the highway. The exits in Montana are pretty darned far apart, so it was quite a ways. He was 3 hours late, and my daughter had a friend wait with her, for a ride back to her apt. My daughter was furious because 3 hours is a long time and she needed every minute to study. She called Angels Moving Autos to complain and they were extremely helpful, called the driver to tell him that the pickup situation had not been acceptable. They instructed him to deliver the car to my door here in Rhode Island. And he did, even leaving the carrier down the street and driving it to our driveway. So, I give the company a lot of credit for working to make this experience a positive one.
