On Dec 21, 2009 I received a reasonable quote from Angles. Dina promised pick up of my vehicle between Jan 1, 2010 and Jan 4, 2010. I stressed verbally and wrote it on the contract that the 4th was the absolute latest because I was leaving for the destination of the vehicle on the 5th by plane. I was assured all along to way that the vehicle would get picked up before my deadline. On the 3rd of Jan. I get an email from Dina that a carrier has been dispatched and will pick up on the next day. On the day of the pick up Dina sends an email that the truck will be there on the 6th, but they can't even guarantee that. Needless to say, my plans were totally ruined and had to tell Angle to forget it and return my $220 deposit. They said they were going to keep $50...I screamed foul and Dina backed off. No apology mind you. They in fact never returned the $50 and refused to return it and have ignored my correspondence. The car was never shipped and I'm at the destination with a rental car for the winter...I question all the glowing reviews of this company, they treated me poorly..BEWARE.

WE DID NOT KEEP HIS MONEY ~ Ken has his opinion and we have ours. Ken cancelled with me on the 4th after I called him and told him I had a carrier that could pick it up on that day. He was rude and disrespectful and felt powerful by degrading myself and employees over the phone. We did charge him our $50.00 admin fee that is stated in our contract for the mere fact that he treated the staff members in here like crap. We rarely ever charge that fee, I usually do base it on the attitude of the customers, and his was extremely poor!
