Shipping two vehicles over the past two years, I have dealt with over 30 transport companies, mostly brokers rather than shippers. The biggest problem I faced was obtaining a pick-up date before committing funds. You could wait a week or more just to learn a targeted pick-up date and that date could be another week away. Then transport may take a third week or more. How can anyone plan with all this variability? While I have no issue with transport time, brokers should provide a pick-up date before you are locked into one company.

Angels Moving gave me a pick-up date before any committment on my part. And, their pick-up date was extremely fast. Even the shipper was extremely fast. I will definitely use them again and have recommended them to several friends/associates. My vehicle arrived quickly without any damage. When an open carrier is utilized, plan on the vehicle arriving dirty/dusty as you are at the mercy of mother nature. A quick run though the car wash took care it.

One more thing....beware of companies that claim to give you a money back guarranty if pick-up date is unacceptable. I'm in credit card dispute mode with one right now.
