First off, Angels did a great job. The low rating is to only to attract your attention and warn you. Angels are *brokers*; they are not the transport company. They will do a great job of finding a transport company at the right price and the right time. You can spend a lot of time calling individual companies only to find they are booked several weeks out. BUT be an informed buyer (I was not). There is no contractual relationship between Angels and the transporter. Angels uses a list of transporters and they do drop anyone who gets a complaint. BUT if your vehicle arrives damaged (as mine did) there is little they can do, other than to give you information about the transporter and to call the tranporter on your behalf. If the tranporter refuses to repair the car (as mine did), there is nothing they can do. This is not their fault, but you must be aware that the only contractual relationship is between you and the transporter (implicit contract when they pick up the car). So when you find out who the transport company is, call the transporter! Check the internet! The company that transported my car, JFG Tranport Inc out of Phoenix (there are others with the same name), did not have a great rep online (if only I knew that then!)
Again, Angels did a great job, but the novice mover should not expect more from them than they can give. I would use Angels again, but I would follow-up and check out the assigned transport company as soon as Iknow who they were. (Sorry to Angels for the low ratings, but who reads the high rating reviews?)
