Angels Moving Auto's is a good company to work with. It is all ladies and one in particular was very rude in the beginning of the process but changed once things got rolling. They are good about keeping in contact and updating you on everything until crunch time. The day before my car was to be picked up I couldn’t get a hold of anyone at Angels and thus called the actual driver himself (John Tuzcu). Although the driver (From Global Trucking & Moving, INC) was extremely nice and picked up my vehicle on time, The actual delivery in California was a nightmare. He was 1.5 days late and called at 4am in the morning to schedule a 5am drop off. Needless to say it was pitch black outside, he wouldn't answer any questions, and flat out lied about damage to the vehicle. BE SURE TO CHECK EVRYTHING 100 TIMES before letting the driver leave. Unfortunately, we made this mistake given the 4am wakeup call and noticed that there was damage to the vehicle too late. For peace of mind we called the driver after the fact only to be hung up on 3 times and spoken to very rudely. We informed Angels moving auto's of this occurrence but of course there is nothing they can do on their end regarding the damage except to report the misbehavior and the incident to the carrier (Global Trucking & Moving, INC). Angel's Moving Auto's, except for a few times, was decent during this process. I just SERIOUSLY question who they choose to do business with.
