The only negative was the difficulty getting a hold of a live person at Angels (either long hold times or no one available). I got the feeling they were overwhelmed with call volume. When I was able to connect with Stephanie, she was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and very willing to work with my needs.

This was my first auto transport not associated with a household move so I was quite nervous, especially given the horror stories I read about people's poor moving experiences with other companies. I did as much research as I good given the limited information available on the web. Angles came out as one of the top companies.

I was a little disappointed that the on-line quote I got from Angles was about $200 lower than the price I was asked to pay, but there were a few advantages that I felt made it worth it (small carrier, short pick-up window).

The gentleman that delivered my vehicle (Jamie from Yelton Transporting) was excellent. Took care of my car, was very courteous and flexible with my schedule.

Everything went great! The end result made me feel I made the right decision going with Angles.
