I arranged over one ago for a transport this week, June 22. I called periodically and was assured all was on track. Today, I was told that Angels had underbid the cost and could not get anyone to move the car. Their excuse was the order was placed in May and fuel costs had gone up since then. Plus, Kentucky to Oklahoma was an 'irregular route'. Something I had not been told before today. The order was placed in May FOR June to coincide with the furniture moving company. When I tried to get something done, I was told by Shannon that I was 'very argumentative' and she wanted to cancel the order.

I believe they originally underbid the order and were going to have to eat some costs to deliver as promised so they were looking for a reason to bail and made them up to fit the scenario as they saw fit. I was told at the end to 'have a blessed day'. My Barney! What hypocrites!

Here at Angels we appreciate feedback from all of our customers, and we believe everyone has a right to there opinion. Angels Moving Autos did not underbid this order, we do not bid on any orders. In this case the customer became very argumentative when she was not being told what she wanted to hear. Her vehicle's first date of availabilty was June 22nd, and as you can see she posted this review on June 21st. We always ask our customers for a 5-7 day window for pickup on all orders, she was demanding a pickup of the 22nd. Our office does not tolerate our employees being yelled or cussed at, and we simply replied that we were probably not the company for her. We have the right to refuse service to anyone, and that is simply what we chose to do with this irrational person.
