This trip was years ago, so things might be different now. But back then, the lady on the phone was unbelievably kind and personable. She was patient and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. She would constantly contact me through the journey and keep me updated on where it was and when. My truck wasn't even able to run, but they had no problem getting it onto the transport truck and delivered it clean/safe and on time to the exact address requested.
