3rd time with Angels

SERVICE: At the last minute our plans changed and we needed to use a transport, called them up and didn't have a lot of wiggle room in the pick up window nor did we give them a lot of advance notice. They told us that there was a lot of traffic over our intended period and things looked rough. Still they found us a carrier, and they said it was a company that they had used a lot (could be marketing mumbo jumbo but it certainly made me feel good). The guy picked up on time. Delivery at the other end went smooth. The driver was on time to almost the minute and knew my neighborhood so finding a convenient place to drop the car was easy (my street is too small for a large carrier, so we met about a half mile down the road on a public side street.)

PRICE: The prices are going up due to the fuel prices. So I wasn't surprised that this time the trip cost more, I was surprised it only cost about 15% more than a year ago, thought that was reasonable. The first time I used Angels, I shopped around, this time I just took their quote. So i don't know how much other car companies are quoting or if 15% is average. You will need to call them to discuss the rising prices when you get ready to book.

SPECIAL NOTE: One thing to be aware of, is that the automated price quote system is not keeping pace with the actual prices that drivers are charging so it was a bit scary waiting for the "actual" price quote versus the computer generated price quote. They told me this when I called to discuss the process.
