My shipping experience went so quickly and smoothly that I barely had any contact with Angels Moving Autos. While I received multiple email quotes, some higher, some lower, many at $875 and Angels just slightly higher at $900, I selected them because I had friends who had just shipped two cars through them with no problems. I received call from trucking company to schedule pick-up within a few hours of my call to agent. The car was on its way from California to Florida the next day and delivered by end of same week. Because the trucking company was local I went to their office to pay delivery charges in advance instead of COD at other end and he told me when car would be delivered. While there I asked about some of the other agents who had contacted me and learned some low-ball on quote and then tell about a fuel surcharge after collecting deposit, some collect full fee and then don’t pay trucking promptly so owner’s car held for delivery until paid, and some have such poor customer service they change names every few months. He said he normally has minimal contact with customers because the agents handle any problems or claims. I received an email follow-up from Angels Moving Autos to make sure delivery went well which is as much customer service as needed in my case.
