This is the site that led me to Angel's to pick up my car. I was told that pick up would happen in three to four days "easy", but give them a week just in case (although no guarantees). Conatct was good at first, but after two weeks went by I started to call or email more frequently to check on status. Maybe once a day at most by either call or email. I was given excuses that Monroe OH was in the sticks (15 miles from Cincinati) to Oregon driving laws are so bad that no drivers want to go there to heavy snow in the east (I do have access to MSN weather like most people and snow was not in the east). I was very patient considering I had paid 20k for a car and it was just sitting there. At one point Dina after getting frustrated with me over the phone for calling on the status (not that often) called back and said she felt bad for getting frustrated and said she would refund $100 of the $150 commission that I would then raise the C.O.D. amount to convince a trucker to pickup. I have read other bad reviews and expect a beauty of a rebuttal, but have been as honest and forgiving as possible. They finally contacted a driver who got the car on my doorstep in a timely fashion. I even had to have my guy in OH meet the trucker in Cincinatti. If you look on a map, there are plenty of major highways and freeways that run west through that part of OH, which was another excuse claiming there was not. The trucker took care of business so that was good. The C.O.D. amount was the same as the original amount, meaning they never refunded my card, and they still took full commission on the move. I do consider that they made exta phone calls on my move, but it still took a little over a month. My nerves were tested. I felt like I could cancel, but then I would have to start over from ground zero. They said my case was one in a million. I am sure they don't tell their customers that have bad experiences about this site. I figured after 3 weeks and no pick up, as a business you would forfeit a portion of the commission and do what it takes to get the job done a little closer to quoted time frame. I don't care how many phone calls have been made, but that is my opinion and I am someone who makes a living off of commissions in finance.

Tyler, Tyler, Tyler We worked so hard for you on this move. You called us every single day "when is my truck being picked up", we spoke with you every day, we returned every call to you. Some vehicles are more difficult to move than others. I will not waste much time with this. We provided you with excellent service, it took 3 weeks, we apologized up and down and all around. You were very difficult to deal with which is why I got short on the phone.
