I gave Andrews Auto Transport a $175.00 deposit on 9-8-16 and was told my vehicle would be picked up on 9-13-16. As of 9-16-16 they still had not picked up my vehicle. I cancelled and requested my deposit back which should not have been a problem because the contract stated I would get a full refund if I cancelled 7 days after the original pick up date. After numerous e-mails for almost two weeks, I called my bank and filed a fraud claim against Andrews Auto Transport. They went back and forth for a while but my bank finally reversed the transaction and I received my deposit.
