The title says it all. This was my second time using american transport. The first time I looked them up after passing them by for a competitor who offered a great price and promised to pick my vehicle up quickly. After waiting TWO WEEKS , I gave up and starting calling other companies. I remembered Tim taking the time to explain how things actually work. He didn't just tell me what he thought I wanted to hear, but instead left me informed with realistic expectations. I went with the priority(not the cheapest) shipping. My vehicle was picked up in two days and delivered in on piece three days later. This time around I gave them a call first and got great service again.Thanks to the team at american transport.
