When I first contacted Jack I was a mess. My oldest sister had just passed away and we needed to transport her van from Texas to Pennsylvania. I was so worried about it because although the van is a 1995, it was her baby. Jack was there every step of the way. It didn't matter what time day or night that I contacted him. He was there to give me reassuring words. I will definitely use American Heritage again if the need arises. Thank you Jack for making a difficult time a lot easier. Josey Gillis
