DISHONEST NO REFUND NO RETURN CALLS

Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I entered a contract in good faith and gave a $150 deposit toward transporting my car. I was given assurances and was kept up to speed for a month but they could not find a carrier to transport my car. The communication was good but I really needed my car shipped so I was told by Larry Pishko to go ahead and make other arrangements and he would refund my deposit if I found someone before he did. I did find someone and when I tried to contact Larry I could not reach him. I left seven voice messages and at least seven or more e-mails and he did not return any of them. I am very dissapointed in him and the company. He sounded like a very nice person on the phone and seemed knowledgable but the fact of the matter is I was ripped off! I'm quite sure there will be some response to this complaint explaining how it was all a misunderstanding and it was somehow all my fault for not reading the fine print or something but the fact is I made every effort to contact them over a two week period and they never got back to me. I have records of my e-mails saved on my computer to support my argument as well. If you plan to ship a vehicle, call someone else!!!!!! This is a reply to Larry's response to my rewiew. First point of fact is You are the LIAR sir not me. You stated in your response for all to see that you refunded my money and you did not. I filed a dispute with my credit card company who confirmed this. The second fact is you never returned a single phonecall or email. I tried contacting you and your company for weeks with no response. An apathetic coward should not be running a business in my opinion. You have the nerve to call me a liar and make false statements in response to these reviews you know are true but will you contact me directly to make any attempt at resolving our dispute? Of course not. Why is that? I guess thats for the readers to decide.

I have a few comments about this "Review" as it was written and approved. 1. How is it that we kept him "up to speed" for the entire month from order to cancellation and had " good communication" but then as he rants and raves like a lunatic and all of a sudden we never answered the phones or emails for 2 weeks straight , what is that about ? Which is it Mr.La Torre ? Which part are you LYING about ? Does this make sense to anyone who is reading this right now??? 2. Mr. La Torre did email us... and said this " grow a pair and call me piece of BLEEP" . What ? Call you a piece of BLEEP ??? Are you sure you want us to do that ??? Ihave heard of crazy suggetions but I think that has crossed the line. Sir, in all seriousness we did not curse at you and we do not accept it from any one...NO ONE derserves that!! 3. He was returned his deposit and it was explained to Mr.LaTorre that it will take a bit due to our company returning it to his card company and then his company placing it back into his account, not my ruls but your credit card company rules. 4. This review makes everyone look bad. Mr.LaTorre, this makes you out to be a LIAR, look at first you say good communicaton andkeeps me in the news the whole month to they never called back , the never emailed....not too convincing, but hey, we will let the reader choose. This makes myself, Larry look bad because I feel the natural instinct to defend myself. Should have I let this go ? No way, I helped him beyond what I could have, and I get cursed at. He didnt say that he left vulgar emails, so I will tell you and if you want proof I will forward them to our email ...my email is united-dream@hotmail.com...by the way email me and tell me what you think of this article...companies, drivers, customers, whoever...If I get enough responses I will use this to segway into a full blown column, thanks transport reviews!!!!! I also blame the people who read this junk, one view vs. another ? People seem to believe the custoer rather than anyone, why? Because that was the first side they heard. Simply stated, as in all of us we seem to have short attention spans and If Mr. Alabama says he didnt receive his car guess what ? I dont want to use them, he didnt get his car! No one cares to know that ABC carriers tried for days to pick up the car but no one was available . Am I right or what ?
