I contracted American Car Transportation on November 11th, 2010 to transport my subaru impreza from Oklahoma to Colorado. I went with American because unlike any other broker I talked to, Casey took the time to explain to me how the industry worked from start to finish. While Casey's price certainly wasn't the cheapest, i was told by friends to be aware of companies that "low ball" and just give a low price without going into detail as to why their price is lower than others. IN fact, my friend who consulted me told me that he went with the lowest price and the company called him back on the day before he was getting ready to move to tell him that it was going to be an additional $300. After he refused to pay they told him his deposit was "non-refundable" because he signed a contract.

With this information I was very skeptical and felt more at ease when Casey explained why brokers were giving me low prices and why his price was accurate. Sure enough, on the same day that I booked with American Car Transportation I was immediately dispatched to a carrier because I was priced correctly.

I cannot thank Casey enough and I must emphasize that he was literally the only broker out of the 50 or so phone calls I received that was willing to explain everything and it certainly made my decision easier. I would most certainly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to transport a vehicle, and also warn everyone that if brokers are giving you prices that seem too good to be true, then they are too good to be true!!
