My negative post was removed because I posted duplicate reviews of which the newest or most thorough review remains on the site. My most thorough review was deleted at the request of Mitch Chencin of American Car Transporters Inc. of Boca Raton. I am now submitting my most current and most thorough review so the people can see how low and dirty and unethical American Car Transporters operate. I contracted American Car Transporters on 12/20/2015 to move my car NO LATER THAT 01/04/2016. They took long christmas and extended New Years vacations while my car sat and waiting for them to work the order, never tried to up the price or do something knowing the car had to be gone by 01/04/2016. I had to call another carrier on 1/5 and that carrier (DYNAMIC AUTO MOVERS) took no deposit and picked up the car the next day!!! Call them at 305-204-9559. American Car Transporters then said they called me on the 5th with a carrier, but since they failed to deliver on there promise after 15 days and I was losing money at this point I had to get somebody to pick it up. They then decided to STEAL MY DEPOSIT!! After I put a negative feedback on this forum, which they somehow had removed the first time, I began to get HUNDEREDS OF CALLS BECAUSE SOMEBODY IN THE TRANSPORT BUSINESS USED MY NAME AND NUMBER AND REQUESTED QUOTES AND FAKE LOADS, using the same pick up and drop off destinations I had given American Car Transporters, so the could HARASS ME WITH HUNDEREDS OF CALLS AND EMAILS. You can guess who I think was and still is doing this!!!!!! They are SCUM and have made a living out of ripping people off. Steer clear of this shady company. Once they get your deposit, they are in no hurry to deliver and hope after your deadline has come and gone, will get somebody else so they can steal YOUR deposit too!!! Call DYNAMIC AUTO MOVERS if you want a DEPOSIT FREE, QUICK TRANSPORT. I have no affiliations with them, they just delivered when American Car Transporters could not. Mitch Chencin trolls around this site to see who's negative comment he can convince TransportReviews to delete. In addition to my most current and most thorough post I will ask you to check BBB and you will see they have had 9 complaints charged against them and mine will be number 10!!!! You would be better off to drive your car yourself or sell it if it had to be moved by these scumholes. Caveat Emptor!!
