One month prior to a pick up date (4/29/13) to transport my 2 cars from Boca Raton FL to Potomac MD Mitch quoted me $800 per car for a covered trailer. He said that he wouldl call me one week before pick up with carrier information. Assured of this transport information I cancelled the open trailer transport with another company that I had previous arranged at $650 per car. He did not call. I called the office and was transferred to Jason, who could find no information on the computer referencing my conversation with Mitch. Calls to Mitch were not returned. Avoiding me? Jason then quoted me $1050 per car for covered trailer! Bailt and switch? Obviously in a bind I settled for open trailer transport at $700 per car with NAVI Transport, additionally a terrible experience. My cars were transferred individually by a flatbed truck from Boca Raton to Pompano FL, where they were put on the trailer. The trailer arrived at 8:45 p.m. 2 days later. I had to examine the cars by flashlight. Scratches noted on one car had to be repaired at my dealer's shop. Alex, the dispatcher at NAVI, advised me to fax the invoice to her 3 weeks ago. Calls to her have not been returned.

Joel did call in to get a quote, but at the time it was just a quote, he said he would call other companies as well and would call back. Well he did call back about a month later to ship. The price changed not because of a bait and switch, but because over the course of a month, it had become snow bird season and prices do rise drastically. As to the damages on his cars we have no knowledge of it until this review. We always pick up the phones, whether you get Mitch, Brett or Jason, you will get someone. Unfortunately damages will happen and if they do customers should notify the broker immediately, as getting it fixed is time sensitive. Sorry to hear you dissatisfaction and we will work harder to improve our service.
