When I contacted the able auto transport to ship my vehicle, I was told it would take anywhere between 1 to 5 days to find a transport company. I got an e-mail about the order status immediately after placing the order and in 2 days got another e-mail with the transport company as American Auto Transporters and said they would contact me in 2 days. I got a call the same evening from the person (Alex) who was supposed to pick up the vehicle. He made an appointment for the next day and picked up at promised time. I was told by friends and colleagues based on their experience that it would take anywhere between 1 week to 10 days for shipping and that’s not guaranteed too due to on the way pickups and weather conditions. When I asked the driver about the approximate delivery date, to my surprise he said I would get it in 4 days. As promised, my car was picked up on Thursday and I received it at the destination on Monday which was perfect as i landed on Monday morning and got the car same evening. The whole processing from placing the order to getting the delivery of the car took exactly 1 week which was better than what I was hoping for.

The driver was very courteous and always informed about the whereabouts and 1 hr prior to pickup and delivery of the vehicle. Never had to follow-up or enquire.

Overall, the service was fast and good, the price was reasonable compared to the other quotes I got and the car arrived in perfect condition and on-time.
