No need for brokers...

This is a piggyback post from my review on the AA Automover. I originally went through AA Automovers [big mistake] who lied and did not have enough decency or respect to talk to me about the transaction and learned a very valuable lesson from it. Never again will I ever use a broker. Anywho, when I learned that my car was going to get picked up the latest date possible [they gave me a time frame of when my car will get picked up] I called this company after the broker brushed me aside and told me there was nothing they could do, and the women I spoke with was so nice and attentive and very caring. I wish I could remember her name, but I told her my situation and she right away called her supervisor to see if there was anything they could do. She called me back in less than 5 min. after speaking with her the first time and told me that my car would be picked up a day sooner. They ended up coming a day after, but was told that because it was busy and they had a lot of stops, it would be difficult. I was just glad that someone was finally trying to see my side of the story and not brush me off. By the time my car got picked up, I was thankful that they weren't late picking it up. I had wished it was sooner, but it probably wouldn't have made a difference. Jack, the driver was very nice and very up front with me. My car was in transit for about 9 days, came back to me in pretty good condition, a bit dirty and oil had leaked onto my car window[but it wasn't a good wash couldn't fix]. While my car was in transit, I was also able to call the company to see where exactly the driver was, which was helpful. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!
