I can't tell you how wonderful it is to have people show up when they say they will. I think that was my favorite part of this service. My second favorite part was how easy the whole thing was. It made the whole process of moving out of state with the kids on my own so much easier since all I had to focus on was the moving truck and not how I was going to get two vehicles to the new house on my lonesome. I applaud their great customer service! Me and the kids couldn't have done it without them and of all the folks we hired to help us on our trip, they were by far the best.
