I was told car would be picked up in 48 hours (Friday 1/31) was not picked up until Monday and received car on 2/6. At 6:30 pm. I had to leave Florida on 1/30 and had made arrangements with a friend to take care of the pick up. Was told by customer service car would be picked up on Sunday so friend waited and after several phone calls said it would be Monday.
