There are companies that always say they are going to try and make sure they will get to you on time; say that everything will be safe and secure and nothing will be damaged or stolen as it travels from one place to the next. Well I have tried a few companies before American Auto Transport, and man what I have to say is that those companies could not compare. Those other companies, I will not name names for the sake of goodness, always were late. They got to the devilry site an hour late, at the earliest! That could only mean how late it was when it got to the other end of the line they had to drive. That is not counting gas, food, and other things that had to take place for such a thing to happen. Meaning, on both ends, there were two people who were not happy and frustrated beyond belief. On top of that, I did not find out until later, that our property was damaged. Not too bad, but enough to make a notable difference. Maybe they did not pack it up enough, or store it properly, or something might have leaked for all I know of this incident. That is two strikes against them already, one more and I would never use them again. Oh and guess what there is more to this horror story. They tried to lie about it! Yeah, this company (not American Auto Transport, I will get to them later) made it seem like that it was MY fault that it was damaged. I know it was not damaged only because it was inside the house. Safe and sound and not getting bumped around or leaked on by God knows what. So because they lied, it was strike three and out of the ball park and gone to who knows where. They lost a customer.
Now, onto something a little more positive and why this is being typed here and now. American Auto Transport is a great company to use and go by for their services. They are everything the other company was not. First off, when trying to place my order I was slightly confused yet overall their customer service people were very nice and spoke politely to me while they cleared everything up. They were on time to pick up the order and were swift as they could be while being very gentle with the equipment. They made sure it was packed away in a corner and held tight, being bound to be sure that even on the roughest of roads that it would not sway or move back and forth to much and cause damage. So both side of this were very happy, even to the point that we tipped them for being so great with the delivery. One other reason is because there was no damage to report or anything! It was sealed up tight, and they made sure that nothing was going to leak on it. Even took extra precautions in order to be as close to 100% positive as they could be! They were very honest with my and made sure that everything was under control. I would so use them again when I have another shipment I need to be sent off.
