I contacted american auto shipping to pick up my car . The car wasn't ready so I had put a hold on my account until the car was fininished . 2 mounths later I had dicided not to get the car and canceled my order . I was told they had already dispatched a driver 2 months earlier although the car was never picked up they would not give me my deposit back of 329.00 . Be Aware of this companies policies . Don't use them you will be wasting your money . They are a broker transport I will be reporting them to the BBB for thier shaddy practices . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY go with someone else .

Hi Joseph, You asked for a refund after we dispatched your vehicle to the carrier and we provided you with the carrier's name, phone , and the pickup and delivery dates. Once we do that our fee is no longer refundable. This is Industry Norm. All companies on this site have this policy. We are as you pointed out willing to redispatch at no additional charge which you declined.
