Overall, I satisfied with the auto shipping experience. I had to ship my car from Michigan to Washington state due to my relocation and it took about 5 days to receive it (pretty quick!). Nothing has damaged and auto shipping provides a car wash (woohoo!). The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that it was a little bit hard to coordinate the schedules for pick up/drop off. I received a call (from a carrier) on Monday afternoon that a driver would pick up my car on Tuesday at 8 AM (gave me a specific time). However, the driver ended up coming on Wednesday night and there was no communication from a carrier nor the driver before I initiated the conversation. Other than that, I would recommend the service!
