I called on a Friday evening and the car was picked up on Sunday evening in Michigan. Drivers were very thorough during inspection of vehicle which took about 20 minutes. Car arrives Wednesday morning in Western Idaho, so it was extremely fast. Drivers were very responsive to text messages and were easy to work with. The only Issues I had was that I had to meet somewhere to drop off vehicle when I was told they would come to my house, but wasn’t a huge inconvenience for me. The other issue was that I was told I could put up to 100 lbs in the trunk, which I did, but drivers indicated that they usually get extra money for the additional weight. I told them to discuss this with the rep who told me I could and I never heard another word about it. Overall, for $690 cross country delivery, my experience was phenomenal and would use them again. I was extremely cautious since I’ve heard horror stories about some of the shipping companies out there, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well this went. I would highly recommend American Auto Shippers.
