Staff are professional and respond quickly. I find out at the end the door to door service is not guaranteed but "at driver's discretion". Which in my case, I have to uber to a parking lot to pick up my car instead of delivery to door. They said it's clear on the website but obvisouly most people would see the huge work "door-to-door" rather than small word "at driver's discretion"

Call Rachel (800) 577-3617 - The issue with door to door service is that big transport trucks can't fit everywhere, so they can't get to every door. Meeting your carrier somewhere nearby is a common practice. Thank you for choosing American Auto Shipping!
