A lot of previous reviews that I read talked about the guy named Graham at AmeriFreight. He always had great reviews which was the main reason I decided to go with them over other companies. Well I can further confirm that those previous reviews were totally telling the truth. My first conversation with Graham was very straight forward. He quoted me a price but honestly explained to me how it could change before I even decided to go with him. He explained to me that he submits the price to the truckers and then waits to see if someone will accept it at that price. If the asking price is too low he may need to up it. I thought that was extremely honest of him to do that upfront and it made me feel even more comfortable going with them for our cross country move.
As for the shipping process it went very well. They picked up my car on a Monday and despite the fact that the original drivers truck broke down they quickly found a backup driver to grab my two cars right on time. I went on vacation after they picked up the cars and expected to be back in Maryland by the 7-8 days they estimated it would get there. The driver actually called me on Thursday night to tell me to tell me he was just outside of Maryland...they got it there in under 5 days!!! I had to scramble to make sure a family member would be available to accept the cars but them arriving early is a good thing.
Overall I had a great experience and I would 100% consider using them again if I had to move.
