I was moving from California to Virginia. I was on a budget and I didn't want to drive the whole way if I didn't have to and I was trying to find the cheapest and best way possible to do it. It was gonna cost me $3,000.00 just to rent a uhaul with a car tow. Plus you figure gas and food so basically that was expensive for me. So I start looking around for good deals and reliable people to ship my personal vehicle from coast to coast. I called around and found a few companies that shipped cars. Some of the places weren't very informative and it really didn't seem as if they cared about my concerns but very eager to get my money. Then I called Amerifreight and talked to Jasmine. She was very informative and honest. She answered all my questions, even the dumb ones, and she worked with my situation with being on a budget. Needless to say I ended up paying way cheaper than the other companies and I didn't feel worried that my car would get messed up or oil leaked on it or stuff stolen from it during the transport. The company that Jasmine picked to ship my car were very professional and got the job done right. I was also able to get the name and phone number of the driver of the truck that my car was on. I wasn't going to be in Virginia during the time of delivery and my father was going to receive the car delivery. The company called me and my father ahead of time to let us know when pick up and delivery would take place. When the shipping company came to California they took pictures, inspected and noted any prior car damage before taking my car and they did the same with my father during delivery in Virginia to make sure no damage was done by them. It was a very smooth transition with no problems. Jasmine also called me after the car was delivered to make sure I was satisfied with their service. I would use Amerifreight and CAA transport again. For this being my first time shipping a car ever, I would say I got very lucky with the company that I chose and they made it easy for me to make my decision. Talk is cheap, but their performance backed up their words and I was very satisfied with their service. Thanks Jasmine from Amerifreight and Jessie from CAA for a job well done.
