This is the first time using a car transport service and I did not know what to expect. They made things for easy for me with little hassel. They broker transports to get you the best deal possible. Just keep good communication and there should be no problems. Transported from Philadelphia to Houston with no damages but a dirty exterior, nothing a good wash can't take off. I will be using this coimpany again for my wife's car when she needs it to be transported.
