Graham from Amerifreight provided the initial contact via email with a quote for an open carrier. When I requested an enclosed carrier for my classic car, Graham quickly responded with the adjustment in the quote for the difference in the service.
There were additional levels of service offered on their website that were explained by Amerifreight employees that could have potentially narrowed the window of time by making the offer competitive for the market. Their recommendation for my situation provided a competitive rate and was within the window of time that fit my needs.
At the point of finalizing the contract, Graham was out of the office and I was referred to Jasmine his back up for the day. Graham and Jasmine both were straightforward about what was reasonable to expect.
Once Amerifreight went to work, a carrier was found on the first day of availability and the driver actually arrived a few minutes earlier than the window of time that he anticipated arrival to our home. The car arrived without any issues.
