I was extremely happy with the entire process. Phones were answered promptly, I was FAX'd the copy of the insurance coverage without question. I was given the name and cell phone number of the driver and made personal contact with him. He was friendly and personable and showed a true interest in handling my car properly. I was able to call him during the cross-country trip from FL to CA and he answered the phone on the first ring. He gave me periodic updates and arrived on time. He was very thorough on the walk around before having me sign the release papers. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them for my next transport.
