Our vehicle had to be transported during the first bad winter storm of the season. When the transporter arrived, the driver was upbeat and most helpful, even when our vehicle (destined for restoration) was unable to unloaded, due to a frozen transmission. I called for a local tow, was told it would be a 2-3 hour wait. The driver called his dispatcher in MA, and we had the necessary tow truck in 20 minutes. Yes, I certainly would use AmeriFreight again. From reading this websites statistics, it appears we paid marginally more than average, but I believe we received superior service. I felt the driver earnestly wanted to leave a satisfied customer-and he did!
