There were delays in the beginning of this process due to issues in the office and changes in personnel and we think we slipped through the cracks for a time. But, once Amy became the contact person, she worked very hard at trying to get things moving. Becasue of the delay we had to pay several days worth of storage fees at the port. But, once a driver was found, things moved quickly and effeciently.
