I just wanted to complement everyone associated with Amerifreight. I was a bit hesitant to use any service of this type just because I had never used one before so I didn't know what to expect. I received excellent customer service the entire time from beginning to end. The driver who delivered my vehicle was really outstanding. I expected him to be tired and crabby but he was chipper and in good spirits. The customer service I received just made the whole thing alot easier for me. It was one less thing I had to worry about. This is important when you consider how stressful a cross country move is to begin with. My vehicle arrived in perfect condition! The driver was outstanding at the point of origin in Pittsburgh, PA as well. There was some difficulty with loading my vehicle due to where it was parked. But the driver worked with my contact person in Pittsburgh so that the car got loaded without a problem. I would highly recommend AmeriFreight and the shippers they work with. I would be happy to communicate with anyone who is considering using this service. Sure beat driving my vehicle 1900 miles across the country.
