communication?

I used Amerifreight to transport my Rav4 from NY to LA, which, at $1300, was more expensive than some companies, but it was supposed to be faster. My car arrived safe and within the delivery window. I had no problem with that. What I had a problem with was the lack of communication on the side of the dispatcher. I wanted to check the status of my car, and had to make 4 calls and voicemails before my call was returned, only for the woman to say on my voicemail that they had no record of my car. What?! Three calls and voicemails later, I finally got a call back, and the mistake had been rectified. I had to make another round of calls before I was told, oops! You need a certified check to give the driver when he arrives. I was also told I would be given a two hour final delivery window, which I was, and a call when the vehicle was 30 minutes away, which I was not. It was delivered before the delivery window began, and I wasn't home. The driver was kind when I arrived, and again, my car was safe. I just would have liked the communication with Amerifrieght to have been more prompt. I don't know when I'd ever have to use a freight moving company again, but I would probably look for somewhere else to take my business.
