This was our first time shipping a vehicle and we are pleased with the end outcome but there were a few things that did piss me off. When the driver picked up the car he acted like he was in a rush, which I don't like. The driver called and told us the car would be here on Wednesday but then that morning we recieved a phone call around 10am saying he would not be there until Thursday and that he was currently in Portland, OR. Well Portland, OR is only 3 hours from the destination that he was going to drop the car off & he had plenty of time to make it that day. So naturally we expected the car early the next morning. He didn't show up until 3pm (because he said he hit traffic) although he did come to the island instead of having us drive 45 minutes to pick up our car. In the end everything worked out well & we have our car. I would hire them again if needed to ship another car but I would expect them to be a little late.
