This was the first car transport that I have arranged but in spite of my fears, Amerifreight guided me through the process with a minimum of problems. We were working with a very narrow window of shipping pickup and delivery dates that Amerifreight was able to accomodate for us.

The driver of the vehicle was only 2 hours late on pickup but did communicate with us his pending lateness and provided us with an updated pickup time. The lateness was not due to the driver but to a late arriving pickup vehicle. I thought that was interesting that the driver actually waited for the late vehicle in order to ensure that the vehicle was included on the shipment. Once the carrier arrived, we were able to do the paperwork and drop off the car within minutes.

I plan to use Amerifreight from my next shipment.
