This is the first time I've used a vehicle transport service. My roommate was transferred to California and we needed to get his car to Santa Barbara. We solicited 4 competitive bids and AmeriFreight was the most helpful with information and was competitive on pricing. They went out of their way to explain the process and were professional and responsive. The only thing that was a slight problem was the size of the truck. I live in an in-town neighborhood with old trees and narrow streets. The transport vehicle could not get close to my house and I ended up having to drive my car to a suburban mall. This really was no problem, but if I had known in advance, I could have been a little better prepared. Still, everything worked out just fine and the car was delivered earlier that I ever expected it would be. I'd definitely recommend and use their service again.
