This was our first experience shipping a car and we were nervous about the entire process. Aaron at AmeriFreight explained the whole process to me. He was extremely helpful, friendly and not at all pressuring us to list with their company. We did list with them and had a very positive experience. We had contacted several companies and found AmeriFreight to be the most upfront and courteous...very patient with all our questions. AmeriFrreight told us we could contact them at any time during the shipping process, even once the car was picked up. We were very fortunate in having an early pick-up. The car was picked up by Q-Express. The driver was also very friendly and just a very nice young man. He contacted us 24 hours ahead of time, and then kept in touch on the pick-up day to let us know just when he would be there for pickup. We were impressed with his professionalism. The car was picked up in Connecticut on a Thursday evening and delivered to California on the following Wednesday. It stayed on the same truck the entire time, which we had wanted to avoid having the car sit in a lot somewhere waiting for transport. We would definitely ship with them again.
