If I could give my experience a 4.5/5 stars, I would! AmeriFreight was very good at contacting me and sending me all the information I needed to make my decision to go w/them. They were competitively priced and even gave me a discount when the shipping carrier wanted $50 more (they paid $35 and I paid an additional $15). The 4.5 stars was for: 1) I left a message w/the salesperson but didn't receive a call back after an hour, so I called again (and they were very helpful). 2) the carrier was late both picking up and dropping off. I don't think it was AmeriFreight's fault that the carrier was late but I'm just rating the overall experience. They were suppose to pick up my car between 10am-12pm on Friday morning. They didn't show up nor did I receive a phone call at noon, so I had to call. After 2 phone calls, the carrier gave me a new estimated time of about 2pm and that was fine w/me. They were on time and were even patient in waiting for me while I came back from my lunch. The drop off time was scheduled between 1-3pm the following Monday. This time, the carrier was very prompt on calling and letting me know that they would be late and what the new estimated time was (between 5-5:30pm). They were on time and did a great job of taking of my car. There was no damage to the car and all my belongings in the trunk were as I had left them. Both the companies did a great job and I would use them again.
