I originally contracted with Reliable Carriers to transport my vehicle in an enclosed carrier from New Mexico to Alabama for my military transfer of station move. "Reliable" Carriers charged my credit card the full cost of transporting my vehicle when I contracted for their services, but 3 weeks later they still would not pick up my vehicle. I repeatedly contacted the Reliable Carriers service rep, Mr. Al Abrams, who told me that they don't currently have any plans to pick up my vehicle, but "it looks good for later this week"...or "next week." Due to my intense frustration in dealing with a company that was not receptive to providing a service that was directly in line with its core competencies and that I already paid for, I was forced to "fire" this company and contract with AmeriFreight. Amerifreight was responsive and professional; they were able to secure enclosed transportation for my vehicle within two days of contacting them and my car was safely delivered to me in Alabama within 4 days of its pickup. The driver did a good job of contacting me to keep me apprised of pickup and drop-off times and details. I would definitely use the AmeriFreight service again in the future.
