I'm glad that I stumbled upon AmeriFreight during my search for shipping companies.
I contacted a few other places beforehand, and the service I received made me uneasy because their representatives could never answer my questions and sounded bothered that I even called.
My intereactions with AmeriFreight, however, were pleasant. I was distracted with my cross-country move, and my representative (Aaron) completely understood. I'm a first-time mover and he dealt with all of my nit-picky questions in a timely and friendly manner.
The actual transport company was great, as well. I was moving to Washington DC, and the truck couldn't find a lot large enough to unload my car, etc. And without a car, I couldn't meet the driver in Virginia or Maryland. So the shipping company actually drove my car out to meet me. The driver was so nice and amazingly accomidating.
So when AmeriFreight says that they use the top transport companies, they actually deliver.
