All Customer Service agents were very friendly and helpful. Spoke with Jonathan and Amy, they returned phone calls quickly if they were unavailable when I called. Also, I appreciated the military discount that was offered. Driver picked up car on time and delivered it 5 days before the expected arrival date. This auto transporter has delivered a car to me previously. After he got the car off the truck he let me look at it and then put in the garage for me. He showed me the couple of dings that were on the car at pick-up and told me to have a nice evening before leaving.
